uhdl-mister

This is a fork/mirror of https://github.com/nusgart/uhdl_mister -- but without the MiSTer files, or the MIT CADR RTL files.

I haven't decided on how this will be setup yet, but the "rtl/" directory corresponds to the "nusgart/mister" branch in the uhdl repository. Then the MiSTer template directory is also needed -- at least the "sys/" directory from there.
