ZL -- Zeta Lisp for Common Lisp

This contains a bunch of hacks to make life slightly more pleasent in Common Lisp when working with Zeta Lisp (aka, Lisp Machine Lisp).

Everything here is very hackish, and has been used to get the CADR assembler (CADRLP) and cold load generator (COLD:MAKE-COLD) working well enough to assemble existing microcode, create fresh cold load bands from Common Lisp, and successfully boot them and do a final DISK-SAVE containing a full system.

Maybe someday this will be able to handle all of Zeta Lisp...
